Established in 1983 as a manufacturer of finned pack heat exchangers, today the company is a reference point for its technology and broad array of solutions for air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, and cogeneration.
As of the end of 2015, Roen Est is part of the US fund D.E. Shaw Group, a global investment company specialized in high-tech sectors with headquarters in New York and offices in Europe and Asia.
The Group’s production structure is split between Italy and Slovakia, where two complimentary and strategic plants serve as centers of excellence for the production of specific products.
The Italian headquarters are the heart of the company and an engine for innovation and technological development.

Our commitment to the environment
Roen Est complies with the ErP (Ecodesign Directive 2009/125/EC), which requires the gradual reduction of energy consumption of heat exchangers and, in general, of energy-using equipment and engines manufactured in the EU. Additionally, by using natural gases such as ammonia and propane, the company delivers high efficiency products while ensuring a low environmental impact.
